    1. The best way that you can reach out for support is via the software we install on your computer. Each user will have a little icon down by the clock on their computer. Requesting help by clicking the icon tells us what company the user is with and and what computer they’re on. They’ll fill out a few details like name, preferred contact, and a brief description of what’s going on. Users can even insert a screenshot to save time.

    2. The next option is to email us at support@eugenenetworks.com.

    3. Just call us. In fact, if if there's ever an emergency, we prefer phone calls.
