Nathan Martin

I am the Founder and CTO at Eugene Networks.  My primary focus rests on improving the overall client experience via our Proactive-IT approach. This involves working creatively and strategically with clients alongside the Eugene Networks team members to advance environments and reduce technical issues to ensure success across the board.

Family is the most important thing to me in this life; anything I do is to take care of family. My direct family is composed of a Wife and 2 Daughters.  Each one of my staff and clients I strive to treat as an extension of my family.  You trust me to take care of a portion of your lives.  May I one day welcome you to the Eugene Networks family!

I am the Service Manager for Eugene Networks. I have been with the company for quite some time now and love every day that I come to work. Working with technology is great but taking care of our clients is why I do it. I love building the relationships with all of you and having that human connection that I feel gets lost in business some times. We are all here to do our part in society, so why not make some friends along the way.

When I’m not working, I spend time with my wife and two amazing children. Hiking, disc golf, and snowboarding are my main activities that keep me busy when I find the time.

I’m Eric Lanz. I’ve been working with computers professionally for almost 30 years and have experience in programming, software quality assurance, software design and the last 9 years in IT support. I enjoy helping people, and I find this work very rewarding. At Eugene Networks, I have the opportunity to work with a variety of people in different business environments and to help resolve their issues. Each day brings new rewards, and I look forward to helping you with your IT needs.

In my off time I enjoy video games, camping, fishing, and time with my family. I also like puns, and work on my dad jokes religiously.

IT Support

I started dabbling in information technology in middle school, by high school I was in a position to help rebuild the computer labs, and I've been working professionally in IT for twenty years. With degrees in Computer Science and Business Information Systems and certifications from Cisco, RedHat, VMWare, and CompTIA; I understand that your technology needs to not only work for you, but also WORK for you. Technology exists to further human goals, and my calling is to help make your technology help you to reach your goals.

When I'm not working you can find me at my workbench either playing with a new piece of network equipment or building lego!
